XO-1 Laptop Shipping Weight and Dimensions

There doesn't seem to be any mention on the web of how big a boxed XO-1 is and how much it weighs. This is important information for anyone trying to ship an XO-1 internationally, which I had to do since the XO-1 was only being sold to the public in the US.

My XO-1 came in a box of size 280mm x 270mm x 123mm. The unopened box weighed 1.986kg on my uncalibrated kitchen scales. A picture of the box with the shipping address obscured is below. The contents of the box was:

One XO-1 laptop.
One battery Lithium Iron Polymer rechargable battery.
AC plug pack. It was a universal supply taking in 100-240V, 50-60Hz and putting out 12VDC at 1.42A. It has pins to fit a US power outlet but the pins can be bent at an angle to make it fit an Australian power point.
A "give one get one" welcome letter from Nicholas Negroponte.
A very brief four page instruction manual/safety sheet with pointers to a web address for further information.
